How Can I help?

As your day-of wedding coordinator, I will be the person responsible for making sure your event is executed perfectly.

Here is a list of some of the things that I can do:

Handle Logistics: 

I will make sure that all logistics are handled. You asked the venue to put out enough chairs for your guests? I will make sure that happens (or put them out myself)!

Creating and Sticking to Timelines: 

One of my favourite parts of the job, I can create a detailed timeline of the day (or use yours) and make sure we stick to it (family, vendors, guests, etc). Is hair or makeup is taking longer than expected? I can step in to move things along. I also make sure guests are seated on time to get the ceremony started, and ensure that dinner is coming out in a timely manner so guests can get on the dance floor.

Communicate With Vendors:

I will act as the primary point of contact for all wedding vendors. I will be the "manager on duty" to oversee any vendors' work to ensure contractual agreements are met.

Solving Problems:

One of the most challenging, yet rewarding jobs of the day for me is being the go-to person for problems that need to be solved, so you aren't bothered on your big day. Did the bubble machine get knocked over and run out of bubbles mid ceremony? I'll make sure that machine is refilled and ready to use during sunset hour photos. Nothing will go wrong during your special day, of course, but you get the point :). I will be there to ensure you aren't bothered and can focus on the excitement of the day.
