As the maid of honor for my best friends wedding, it was a pleasure to have Melinda as the day of wedding coordinator. When things inevitably didn’t go as planned, Melinda handled them with ease and assertiveness, and I truly got to spend the day with my best friend not having to worry about managing the difficulties. For example, the flowers were 1.5 hours late and Melinda was on the phone with the vendor. She helped to manage the timing of the changed schedule and communicated with them so the bride didn’t have to. She helped managed guests who arrived very early, ensured that the ceremony and reception started on time, and MANY other things in between. She is personable, organized, and will check in with you to ensure things get done the way you envisioned. I would highly recommend her.
